Delivery Provider

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and include full tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Delivery Options & Costs

Orders over £40

FREE Standard Delivery (2–3 working days)
Express Delivery (1–2 working days) - £3.99Both standard and express services are sent via Royal Mail and are fully tracked.

Orders under £40

Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) - £3.99 – shipping shown at checkout
Express Delivery (1–2 working days) – upgrade for an additional £2 at checkout

Large or Heavy Items (£9.99)

Large or heavy items are excluded from our free shipping policy. These items are typically delivered within 2–4 working days, and the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next business working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
